Subscriptions: We offer monthly and annual plans. They auto-renew unless you cancel them through your App Store/Google Play settings at least 24 hours before they end.
Giving Back: 10% of our annual net profits goes to NGOs.
Rules: Don’t steal our audio or try to break the app. Use it for your own personal listening only.
Disputes: We use individual arbitration rather than big class-action lawsuits.
Full Terms of Service1. Agreement to Terms
By using the WILDSOUND mobile application and website (the "Services"), provided by Knight and Knave, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & Age Rating
The Services are rated 4+ for all audiences. Users under the age of 18 may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You may create an account directly or via third-party services (Apple/Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your credentials.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Plans: We offer monthly and annual subscription options for enhanced features.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Management: All billing, payments, and cancellations are handled directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account. We do not directly process your credit card information.
5. Conservation Commitment
Knight and Knave, LLC is a mission-driven entity. We donate 10% of our annual net profits to our designated conservation partners. "Net profit" is defined as total revenue minus operational costs, third-party platform fees (e.g., Apple/Google commissions), and applicable taxes.
6. Content Rights & Restrictions
All audio, visual, and geolocated content within the Services is the property of Knight and Knave, LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or filesystem access of our soundscapes is strictly prohibited.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration. You waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
